Click on the item you want to order. Select the desired color and size of the product. If you want to order a customized product, you need to fill all required fields regarding your personal design. Once you have done this click "ADD TO CART" to add the product to your shopping cart.
When all the items are added to your shopping cart, click right on the shopping cart icon and then "CHECK YOUR SHOPPING CART. You will see a list of all the items in your shopping cart and is also possible to adjust the desired numbers. If you have a promocode, you can enter it here. Then click "CONTINUE CHECKOUT" to proceed to the check out page.
NOTE! Items that are placed in the shopping cart are not reserved automatically. Only when we have received your full payment, our items will be reserved for you. This prevents unsettled shopping baskets that can block your items.
You can easily fill all your data on the check out page.
1. INVOICE ADDRESS
- Enter the address which you want to receive the invoice.
- Do you prefer to receive the package at another address? Then click "SEND TO ANOTHER ADDRESS. There you can fill in the desired delivery address.
The data with required fields (*) is necessary to process your order properly.
Do you like to see the status of your order? Or you don't want to fill all your data once again for the next time? Create then an account by clicking "LOGIN OR CREATE AN ACCOUNT.
2. SHIPPING
- Select the desired shipping method.
We do our best to send your order asap. Due to that the most of our items are custom made items, we handle a delivery time of 1-3 business days. Within 3 business days (within the EU) your customized item will be delivered! How fast is that ?!
3. PAYMENT
- Select the desired payment methods you want to use.
- You can pay with iDeal, Bancontact / Mister Cash, Sofort banking, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, prepayment via bank transfer and postpay Afterpay (residents only within the Netherlands).
4. MAKE YOUR ORDER
- In the last step you can double-check your order.
- You can also specify whether you want to receive our newsletter (with trends, new arrivals and promo codes).
- To complete the order, you must agree with our Terms and Conditions.
Finally, click 'CONTINUE TO PAY' to complete the payment. Depending on the chosen methods of payment you will be redirected to the secure website of our payment partner.
Once payment is received by us, we will confirm this by email.
NOTE! Your order will be processed immediately, so it is not possible to change your order afterwards. If you still want to change anything, please contact us ASAP! We will always try our best to do something for you.
